We at loveLife believe that every member of staff has their own unique talents....sometimes you just need a little help to unearth these talents and learn how to make your strengths work for YOU! That’s why we’re working with Africanmosaic to add a "strengths-based approach" to loveLife -– after all, the stronger the people who work for an organisation, the stronger the organisation will be as a whole.
During the first half of the year, Africanmosaic carried out group sessions with staff members both in the National Office and in Provinces. The impact has been immediate, and the excitement of the positive focus on everyone’s uniqueness aligned perfectly with the ethos already embedded within loveLife. Asking "what is right with people" (strength building) instead of "what is wrong with them" (weakness fixing) seemed to be the spark that the loveLife staff needed to blossom even further, as Dries Lombaard (CEO, Africanmosaic) so rightly points out.

"Its amazing how such a brief workshop could have such an impact in ones life. A long time after I have received confirmations about my talents I still sit and recall how as new junior manager years back I would push and fight for senior management to hear my point at the same time assertively stand my ground no matter what. Yet when I am told shut up I would uncomfortable move around as if locked in a box like a trapped mouse and all along COMMAND wanted to come out.
Guess all this bubble talk is a result of excitement and joy that filled me as everyday I navigate my strength and WOW I love myself and I love my team I can relate more, also understand better the people I work with.
Thank you African Mosaic!"
